Our Story
East African Properties was founded by a young East African entrepreneur educated in the United States, who aimed to offer others the same independence he enjoyed as a professional.
He returned to Africa to bring his dream to life, gaining valuable business experience and construction skills. Captivated by Cape Town's architecture, he then leveraged the talents of local South Africans to launch East African Properties and build property developments.
